For most of us the imported bottles has to suffice, but if you’re lucky enough to live in the area why not mature your own single malt? Sullivan Cove offers up a Cellarmaster kit consisting of an oak barrel (choose between ex-port, sherry or bourbon), 20 liters of single malt, and all the tools for the distilling job, including a crystal decanter set.
A small warning though, at 63.4 % it’s not for the weak. And oh, it’s not suited for the imminently thirsty either, as you’ll need to add about 2 years of patience to the recipe.
