Levy: bean to bar chocolate


Having mastered the art of the coffee bean, Scandinavian artisanal hipsters are now moving on to the cocoa bean. Levy, out of Helsinki (ok, Finland is not technically Scandinavia – but hands up if you knew that (and are not Scandinavian yourself)), is leading the way with their bean to bar chocolate – containing nothing but cocoa and sugar, resulting in a rich, pure and intense chocolate flavour. It might seems strange, even dry, to the palette at first, but it only takes a few bites to realize that this is exactly how chocolate is meant to taste.
